    Prices ( per night / per room – depending number of people)
    Single  95 € – double 125 € – triple 169 € – with 4: 195 € – with 5 (omer wattez) : 209 €

    Attention :

    • reservations for one night only on saturday or (exceptionnaly ) sunday = 10 € p/p supplement
    • extra guests at your invitation (without room reservation) at the breakfast buffet welcome at 18 € p/p – upon timely reservation !

    Included :

    • taxes – rich breakfast buffet – free and permanent acces to our 100m2 meeting area (incl. honesty bar with 15 regional beers, different bubbles & wines)
    • free WIFI – digital full HD TV 55″ + TV on every room + seperate toilet on each room (except for the Hanske De Krijger-room)
    • as from 10p. : tailor made relaxation/fun-programme ( culture, sports, f&b, etc. ) on simple demand while doing your reservation for the rooms
    • free use of our luxury Manutti outdoor furniture
    • free bottle of water – shower gels – bed-&bathlinnens
    • final cleaning of the rooms, common spaces, etc.

    Check in  – Cancellation Policy

    Check-in between 17 en 18.30 pm, unless otherwise agreed.
    Check-out at 10.30 pm the day of leave. Breakfast is served as from 08.30 am (in the weekends) – in mutual agreement the night before.

    Free cancellation of your room(s) can be made up to 1 month before your arrivaldate.
    In between 1 month & the day of your requested arrival, we will keep your deposit.  A refund is only possible if we manage to re-rent the room(s).

    P.S. animals are not allowed, neither is smoking allowed inside the building. Please do not bring along your own drinks, wines, spirits, beers, ….

    Payment Options

    You can transfer the money after receiving your invoice or pay cash on departure.
