Welcome at Refuge Kapelleberg

Enjoying a weekend’s pleasure at Refuge Kapelleberg starts with us listening to your wishes and desires.  Here you find a small presentation of what we have to offer and how we go about things. The clearer you state your wishes,  the better we can work made-to-measure … and the more you will be able to relax during your stay.

Accomodation

Keizer Karel: 2 single beds (can be put together) on ground floor + 2 single beds on duplex 1st floor.  Max. 4p.

Adriaen Brouwer: 2 (higher) single beds (can be put together). Open ceiling, no extra floor. Max. 2p.

Jacob Blommaert: 1 luxury double bed on ground floor and 1 smaller double bed on (halfopen) duplex first floor. Max. 4p.

Omer Wattez: 2 single beds (can be put together) on 1st floor and a luxury sofa (160cm) on ground floor.
We can add an extra sofabed (e.g. for 5 or 6 kids in 1 room).

Valerius De Saedeleer: identical to Omer Wattez.

Margaretha van Parma: room in the private quarters of the guesthouse, 1 double bed of 140cm. Only used when all other rooms are taken.

If required an extra bed can be added in one of the rooms, except for Margaretha room. If you wish to book more rooms, no problem ! We can book extra rooms with colleagues in the village (similar level of comfort!) , while all other activities, including breakfast and other catering, can take place in the guesthouse.

All rooms have bathrooms with shower and shower gels, a wash basin with soap, separate toilet, TV, (free) internet,  linnen  &  towel sets. Shaving material or toothbrush on demand.

Included in these prices:  room with complete breakfast ( check-in between 17h00 and 19h00 unless otherwise convened, check-out before 10h30 on the day of departure), access to our beautiful and cosy 100m2 reception area with sofa, party games, full HD digital tv with  projection possibility for  pc’s & ipad, free advice by Tom on relaxation/leisure offer for the weekend (for groups from 10 persons and 2 nights – to be agreed at reservation ! ), use of our sun terraces with  Manutti furniture and Garden Cocon sun-seat for  2, etc…

Please note : please mail us which rooms are destined for whom (preferably with full names and possibly ages). This will allow us to prepare the necessary bed and bath linnen and to show the guest to their room upon arrival.
Keep in mind that the used bed linnen will determine the number of guests to be paid for.

Please consider carpooling : it’s fun, it’s good for the environment, it’s stressless, good value for money, etc…

Our parking can host about 25 cars + 10 parking spots along the road in front of our guesthouse.
