    • Dear guests,

    please send us your reservation-request by email (info@refugekapelleberg.be), mentioning your full address and mobile phone number.

    Please note that we prefer reservations of a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. We have more than enough ways to entertain you for the weekend, have an excellent kitchen and a large and cosy gatheringroom ! Do not hesitate to send us your desired dates. We will make you a fitting proposal. Thanks in advance!

    As from 2013 we’re closed from Sunday evening until Tuesday evening, except for seminars.

    Finally, because of logistical/practical reasons we cannot allow the guests to cook for more than 4 persons. We will of course be happy to prepare your meals ( as from 10 persons ): next to breakfast, up to 2 meals per weekend, except on Sundays.

    We also have a wide selection of drinks at affordable prices. Therefore is it not permitted to bring your own drinks. We will be happy to do your dishes.
